Shipping & Returns

 General Policies


All items are shipped via UPS. Sorry, no international or APO orders are accepted at this time. We calculate shipping based on weight and dimensions of package. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, but we make every effort to get it out as soon as possible. All packages that are returned to Gone Local after shipment will incur a fee by UPS that will be directed to the buyer.



We offer free local pickup! Simply select the pickup option at checkout, wait for the "your order is ready for pickup" option at checkout, and head to:

Orders that are not picked up within 90 days will be returned to the Gone Local fulfillment office. Please contact us if you wish to pick up an item purchased more than 90 days prior to ordering.



Defective products purchased from
To inquire about a refund on defective products purchased from Gone Local's website, please contact us Products are deemed defective at Gone Local's discretion. If the products are deemed defective, they can be refunded at partial or full refund to the credit card on file. If purchased with a gift card, a new gift card will be provided. Please note that minor damage to packaging is not considered defective.
Defective products purchased from another retailer: 
All products thought to be defective purchased from a retailer must be returned to the retailer for replacement or refund. Gone Local cannot issue partial or full refunds for defective products not purchased through Gone Local's website.
Non-defective products:
There is a no refund policy on non-defective products.

If your item is damaged, contact us immediately. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We only replace damaged items – all other orders are final. Please have your invoice ready when you call us so we can quickly look up your order. If you don’t have your invoice, don’t worry! We’ll help you look up your order and get an undamaged item to you as soon as possible.



Sorry, no refunds. If your product(s) arrive damaged, we will replace them as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving it.


Corporate Orders:

  • Payment due when the order is placed. Payment may be made via credit card, check, or ACH.

  • Prices listed include dropoff of entire order to one business location (min purchase of $199). Shipping via UPS or USPS is available for an additional fee. Average time in transit is 2-7 business days.

  • Faster shipping (overnight and 2-day) available for additional fees. Tracking numbers available upon request.

  • All listed prices (at are valid until December 31, 2021.

  • Return shipping: Packages that are returned to Gone Local (due to incorrect or incomplete address) will incur a repackaging and/or reshipping fee.

  • Canceled orders: Gone Local offers a "No Worry Pre-pay Guarantee" (except on custom orders). We'll issue a credit without an expiration date that can be used on future orders with us. All customized orders cannot be canceled once payment is received.
